About Us Yu-Ai Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1980 from a small food filling company with the most popular filling - Coconut Jam (Kaya). It was untill 1989 when four Leong brothers look the intitiative to expand Yu-Ai further. In 2004, Yu -Ai shifted its to Balakong and added high technology machineries, equipment and embarked on product quality improvement. With over 25 years of experience, Yu-Ai is able to meet changing customer needs through the right products and achieve total customers satisfaction. This is the main reason why Yu-Ai has grown to become a specialis in Food Fillings. Production - Safety and Hygienic Practice Yu-Ai makes safety and hygiene a top priority in food handling by practicing 55 and following the guidelines set by HACCP. Yu-Ai's product have won the pralse from customers and distributors alike. Paste & Fruit Jam Topping Yu-Ai has produced more than 50 types or filling, paste, topping and jam. Other types of filling include red bean paste, mung bean paste / dauyong paste, lotus paste, kaya and pandan kaya paste, coconut filling, sweet corn filling/ chocolate filling, pineapple filling, chicken curry filling, BBQ chicken filling, green tea filling, durian filling, yam filling, peanut butter, blueberry filling, black sesame filling, coffee filling, chicken floss etc. Mooncake .... and cookies Yu-Ai has produces more than 30 types of moon cake and cookies. Other types of moon cake include less sugar red bean, less sugar lotus, less sugar lotus single yolk, chocolate cheese, pandan lotus, durian lotus, shanghai yam single yolk, mixed nut, mini fruity and crystal skin moon cake. Other types of cookies include red bean cookies, hazelnut cookies, oat biscuit and choc chip cookies, etc.
