TOTAL DRIVE TRANSMISSIONS SDN BHD was incorporated in May 1994 with the objective to become a leader in power transmission business in the following industries:

  • Palm Oil
  • Waste and water treatment
  • Hand Glove
  • Pulp and paper


The company employs a team of qualified and experienced sales personnel, most of whom are technically trained in Belgium and Germany on gearbox selection, trouble shooting, assembly and repair.

TOTAL DRIVE started out as the sole distributor for Hansen gearboxes. In line with the objective to become a leader in power transmission business, the company has develop and build up its agency products to include the following:

  • TRP Transmission and Conveyor Chain (Japan)

S4 Geared Motor

The Premium Stephan S4 family is a mature gear unit family that boasts more than 25 years of direct development knowledge. It is the direct successor of the Hansen S3 family.

TRP Conveyor Chain

TRP provides full range of power transmissions and conveyor chains.

TRP palm oil conveyor chain is a product developed by Daido Corporation's technical experts in Japan to provide a robust and lasting chain to the palm oil industry. With manufacturing facilities in China, Daido Corporation are able to provide a good quality Japanese designed chain with acceptable price.

Johnson Rotary Joint

We are appointed by the Nippon Joint, Ltd (Japan) as Representative to promote Rotary Joint, Rotary Syphon and Stationary Syphon to various industries in Malaysia.
The Nippon Joint, Ltd has been supplying Kadant Johnson products under license agreement. With close collaboration with Nippon Joint, the services offered to integrate these products into the respective industry application include installation, maintenance and analysis.

EFB Shredder

Total Shredder is a single drive EFB shredder geared with 100HP motor which is specially developed to provide an optimum machine for empty fruit bunch shredding.

The cast iron body provides a robust support to the shredding effect hence enhancing the blades performance even after many hours in operation.

The blades are made of carbon steel through a precise hardening process to enable the required hardness to meet the application.

Total Shredder is designed with user friendly features to ease operation personnel's routine maintenance work. Replacement of blades is easy and can be done by dismantling the couplings without removing the supporting bearings.

The maintenance cost for the shredder is expected to be below RM0.20 per ton of FFB.

The EFB fibre can be use for field applications, mulching, composting and boiler fuel. In certain areas, EFB fibre can be sold as fuel for industrial boilers at RM5.00 per ton or more.
