THE FIRM
Founded in 1982 as Zaki +Partners. The Firm initially served to provide solely professional services and valuation in landed properties as independent professional advisors. However, clients demands and the internal development of core competencies created new service avenues like real estate agency, property management, research & development and project management.

The year 1989 marked yet another significant milestone in our fast-developing corporate saga -the affiliation of the Firm with Raine & Horne Pty. Ltd., a notable Pan Pacific region company of estate agents and property consultants which cover Asia, Europe, Canada, USA, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Africa. The firm is providing over 100 years of experience.

With the affiliation, Zaki + Partners then assumed a new identity known as Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn. Bhd. the new synergy embodies the combination of Zaki + Partners' extensive knowledge of the local market and its increasingly and specialist skills of Raine & Home's global family.

The Firm currently has fifteen (15) branches in Peninsular and East Malaysia. The total number of employees for Penang office is 22 including Valuation Department which comprises 11 members.
