Customer Services

Delivery Policy
There will be no Refund for Non-delivery under the following circumstances.
a) Address given by sender is wrong or incomplete, and cause delivery guy cannot locate recipients.
b) There is no recipient contact number (hand phone, house phone, office phone ) given by the sender, and no one is at home at time of delivery.
c) The recipient has moved house or moved office and cannot be contacted.
d) The recipient switches off her/his hand phone and is not at home or at the office at time of delivery or not answering our call within 24 hrs.
e) The recipient refuses to accept the flowers because of her/his own personal problem with the sender.
 f) The recipient stays in a condominium and the guard does not allow driver to go in and does not want to receive the flowers on behalf of recipient.
g)Order For Wreaths/Sympathy Flowers

For all orders for wreaths or sympathy flowers, the time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order, if no stated and the flowers are delivered only after the funeral, we are not hold responsible

Same-Day and Next Day Delivery in Bukit Mertajam
Within Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth, same day delivery is available, from Monday to Friday, provided if order is received before 3.00pm.Orders received after 3:00 p.m. can only be delivered the following day (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery days).

*Orders received after 1:30 PM on Saturday will be delivered the following day (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery day).Processing and delivery time for all orders are 5-6 hours


Requests for MORNING OR AFTERNOON delivery
For orders received one day in advance (excluding peak floral delivery days), we are pleased to accept requests for morning delivery, afternoon delivery or delivery by a specific afternoon time (eg., by 5:00 p.m.). However, in some cases, delivery may not be possible within a specific time requested due to certain circumstances beyond our control.


Peak Floral Delivery days
For peak flora delivery days like Sundays, Public Holiday, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, please order at least two days in advance to make sure that delivery is on time. )


International Orders
For deliveries outside Malaysia, please order one day in advance for timely delivery (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays). Prices & products shown in our web site are for deliveries within Malaysia. Kindly email qflorist.com.my for a quotation for International Deliveries Outside Malaysia. International Deliveries will be fulfilled through Interflora.

International Orders
From time to time, the flowers and materials used in our flowers & gift products may vary according to the availability / seasonality of the flowers &materials concerned. We reserve the right to change the flowers / materials / cakes / chocolates / other gifts used (in the event of unavailability of such flowers / materials / cakes / gifts / chocolates) to the most similar or next similar one which is available at the time of the order / delivery date.
