Perunding Survei TS, a land surveying consultant firm, was incorporated on 9th March 1998 with the Registrar Of Business Names, Kuching. Our firm offers the following services :

1) Cadastral / Title Survey
     We are authorized by the Director of Jabatan Tanah Dan Survei under Section 104 & 109 of the Sarawak Land Code (Cap 81) since 1988 and subsequently under Land Surveyor Ordinance 2001 to undertake Cadastral / Title survey for agriculture, residential, commercial and industrial development.

2) Engineering Survey
     We cater for setting out of civil works, building sites, road alignment, pipelines, bund, drain, etc.

3) Topographical Survey
     We prepare plans which shows features on the ground and contour lines for planning and designing purposes.

4) Control Survey
     We have the expertise in establishing high order control points either using conventional method or Global Positioning System.

5) Hygrographical Survey
     We provide sounding works for river and coastal water.

6) Strata Title Survey 
     We are capable of undertaking Strata Title survey for high rise residential and commercial buildings.

7) Land Development Services
     We design layout plan, draft plan and planning schedules for land development purposes.
