About Us

Perfect Press Sdn Bhd was founded in 1996. The factory building land area is 2,702 square feet of one and half story intermediate terrace factory lot and the land grant is free hold. Perfect Press Sdn Bhd specializes in high-speed, precision metal stamping parts and all kind of electronic sub-contract.

We have different type of precision metal stamping machines which are used to produce high quality output and to fulfill the customers' demand. Perfect Press has met the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and is registerd within the BM TRADA Certification scheme for approved quality systems. Besides that, the quality policy and objectives will ensure the production outputs are capability.


What Is Stamping?

Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press orstamping press, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produce the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages. The process is usually carried out on sheet metal, but can also be used on other materials, such as polystyrene.

- Performance of employee attendance is more than 85% per month


Sales & Purchasing Department

- Customers' complaint not more than 5 cases per month

 
Quality Control Department
- Internal refection rate less than 3% each month

 
Production Department
- Product Output to achieve 100% per month
