COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Penscale Technology Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned Malaysian Incorporated company involved in the production, sales and marketing,
installation, service and support of weighing, hospital equipments and software for domestic and regional markets. The company
participates actively in government and private sector projects.

Penscale Technology Sdn Bhd was incorporated on May, 2003 and operates from its head offices at AS-00-07, Goodyear Court 10,
47610 UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, MALAYSIA and No. 30 Argyll Road, 10050 Penang, MALAYSIA, Penscale's staff force
comprises various disciplines from business administration to design, engineering, production, service and support.

Penscale Technology Sdn Bhd is a leading corporation in Malaysia involving in the manufacturing, sales and marketing, installation,
service and support of weighing, hospital equipments and software for the laboratory, education, and industrial and specialty
markets both domestically and regionally. With our fleet of experienced and skilled technical, project, sales and marketing personnel,
we are definitely the best choice and source for all weighing and equipment needs.

Actively involved in the supply, installation, service and support of these equipments and project management for our main customers
including namely, Radicare (M) Malaysia and Faber Medi-Serve Sdn. Bhd. (FMS) who are both the concessionaire appointed by the
Malaysian Government to operate and manage support services to the Ministry of Health hospitals throughout Peninsular Malaysia
and the whole of East Malaysia. Other customers range from corporations in the oil and gas, hospitality to food and beverage industries
including names like the Nikko Hotels Malaysia, Evergreen Laurel Hotels, Matsushita Electric, McDonalds Malaysia, Carrefour
Hypermarkets etc.

We are firmly focused on continuing the long-standing record of success and providing the best in delivering quality products and
services that meet our customer's needs and supporting those products with responsive, reliable customer service. With three (3)
main operation offices in Kuala Lumpur (Central Region), Penang (Northern Region) and Johor Bahru (Southern Region), and more
than 12 applicators nationwide, including East Malaysia, we aim to be wherever and whenever our customers need us, because we
think they definitely deserve the best of experience in quality from us, be it product or services provided.
