TAMAN SALAMJAYA,  SIBU JAYA

Taman Salamjaya is situated within the Sibu Jaya Township - a self-contained new township just opposite Sibu Airport and about 23 km from Sibu Town developed by Sarawak Housing Development Corporation in collaboration with Amcorp group.  Currently,  Sibu Jaya has more than 5,000 residential,  commercial & industrial units serving a population of 25,000.  When fully developed by 2023,  the Township would have a population of about 60,000with additional 5,600 units of medium to high end houses,  478 units of commercial and 83 units of industrial units to be built to meet the rising demand.

Taman Salamjaya is being developed to take advantage of the existing facilities within Sibu Jaya Township.
Currently clinic,  police station,  market,  nursery,  kindergarten,  religious buildings,  primary & secondary school
are all within walking distance to Taman Salamjaya.  A new Klinik Kesihatan under construction is also nearby.
There is also a boulevard constructed which will eventually link Sibu Jaya to Lanang Road,  the gateway to
Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy ( the SCORE ) and the rest of the Sarawak.
