THE COMPANY

Established in 1982, M. S. PROPERTIES was founded by its Principal, Mr. Michael Thiruchelvam Sebastian. Mr. Sebastian has himself been involved in the real estate business since 1978 working for various real estate agencies the last being Rahim & Company Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Appraisers, & Real Estate Agents before branching out on his own to start his Agency.

With over 28 years in the trade, Mr. Sebastian has obtained invaluable wealth of experience as well as marketing and sales of both local and international properties. He was also successful in launching and marketing properties in Australia, England, Canada and the United States whilst with Rahim & Company.

M. S. PROPERTIES is a real estate company and is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia has been actively involved in the local property market. Our four divisions represent the core of our business:
