How To Look Your Best

The phrase "Dress For Success" has never been truer than it is today.

Your clothes will last longer and look better if they are cleaned regularly.
As your drycleaner, our job is not just to get your clothes cleaned but returned them to you, as close
to "like new" as possible.

The phrase "Dress For Success" has never been truer than it is today.

Your clothes will last longer and look better if they are cleaned regularly. As your drycleaner, our job is not just to get your clothes cleaned but returned them to you, as close to "like new" as possible.

This means we take care to remove every stain we can. You can help by pointing out any spots and especially areas where a stain occurred but may no longer be visible.

Through our care, your clothes will be gently and expertly cleaned and dried in equipment designed specifically for that purpose.

Then your garments are pressed by our skilled finishers. Again, we may use highly specialised equipment but we will hand press an item if it is necessary for the perfect finishing touch.

After that, we inspect your clothes one last time before returning them to you. If something is not just right, we will correct it.

We make every effort to see that you and your clothes look the very best.

Getting The Most For Your Ringgit

Here are some ways that will help you get the most from your drycleaning "ringgit":

  • Talk to us. Tell us about any specific stains and anything you have done
to try to remove them, even the stain is no longer visible.
  • Come in more often. Have your clothes cleaned regularly to improve the wearlife.
To have the best chance of removing any stain bring in the garment as soon as possible
(preferably within one day) to prevent the stain from setting. A stain that has been allowed
to "set" too long is sometimes impossible to remove and ruins your garment.
  • We will listen. What are your likes and dislikes? We will do our best to see your requests are carried out.

 At Home

  • Test first. Do not attempt home spot removal without testing first for color fastness. Wet an unexposed area such as an inside seam with water or cleaning solvent to make sure the color would not run.

  • Never put away a garment with spills or stains on it.
  • Completely clean your clothes before ironing. If the stain has not come out the first try, do not put the
garment in the dryer or iron it, let it air dry. You should consult us before you attempt further stain removal.
  • Blot stains, never rub, especially a stain on silk. This prevent spreading the stain and also avoids damaging the fabric.
  • Be careful. Avoid letting perfumes and lotions containing alcohol to touch your clothes.
Allow deodorants to dry before you dress.

Drycleaning

When it is time to drycleaning:

  • Take in a stained garment as soon as possible.
  • Tell the drycleaner what the stain is.
  • Point out food and beverage spills.
  • Point out areas damaged by improper home spotting - often, your drycleaner can correct.
However, if the dye and fibers are severely damaged, the damage may be permanent.

Modern Fabricare The Drylcleaning Specialist
Technology For Tomorrow's Today

There is no real mystery about drycleaning. Drycleaning is simply the use of fluids to remove soil
and stains from fabric.

It is called "drycleaning" because the fluids contain little or no water
and do not penetrate the fibers as water does.

Drycleaning fluids actually dissolve greases and oils and remove them from the garment.

Water by itself cannot do this. Natural fibers such as wools and silks can shrink, distort,
and lose color when washed in water, but will dryclean beautifully from the machine.
