Services & Facilities:

Psychiatric trained nurses / community nurse.

- Taking care of the Psychiatric inmates (discharged from Hospital Permai,  Johor Bahru), & ensuring treatment is given timely. (As prescribed by Hospital Permai doctors).

-Trained male staffs to monitor and handle aggressive behaviors of inmates.

- Monthly visits to Hospital Permai for treatment and consultation.

 

Activivities and Special Events:

 

1. TV, Karaoke and DVD movies for all inmates.

2. Morning exercises for all young inmates, assisted by staffs.
    (stretching exercises and   jogging)

3. Evening gathering within the premise, walking exercises for old folks assisted by staffs.

4. Gardening activities (fruits, vegetables and flowers), reading sessions, 
    drawing and artwork.

5. Outdoor activities inclusive of
          - Jogging
          - Assisting staffs to hospitals for Old folks follow ups.
          - Helping during marketing or shopping.

6. Birthday celebration among the inmates and family members.

7. Festival celebrations - special meal prepared for all inmates and staffs 
    for all religious festival (Hari Raya Puasa, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and Christmas)

- Setting up IV Drips

- Ryles Tube Feeding and Catheterizations

- Sterile dressings for wounds - (own autoclave machine)

- Oxygen concentrators and oxygen cylinders for emergency

- Suction machines

- Ripple Mattress and Fowler beds for bed ridden inmates.

 

 Activities and Special Events:

 

1. TV and Karaoke sessions after tea break.

2. Evening gathering within the premise garden, walking exercises for old folks
    assisted by staffs.

3. Birthday celebration among the inmates and family members.

4. Festival celebrations - special meal prepared for all inmates and staffs for all
    religious festival (Hari Raya Puasa, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and Christmas)
