BOILER SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE

We are an engineering company, mjoring in boiler servicing, overhaul, boiler retubing, piping repair, fabrication, dealing in new and secondhand boilers, supply of boiler accessories and maintenance work with vest knowledge and experienced team of workers

We assure that our standard of serivce is up to the expectations of your company.

We also can carry out any type of boiler.  We can carry out job as sub-contract.

COMPANY SAFETY

• As per your company regulations will be attend to the safety and fully follow the requirement of your factory at all the time when our works are in your factory.
• All equipment supplies for the above job will be of high standard of safety as required by your company.
• All our workers are being insured under Pacific Insurance.
  

MANPOWER

• All our manpower will be equiped with full safety requirement as your company regulations and will abide by your factory safety regulations.
  
  Example :-
  Safety helmet, earplug, safety glass, safety shoes, overall (uniform) and safety gloves.
  
  
• We will also supply & manpower for the mentioned works inclusive of supervisors and will works 10 hours in 1 shift operation to complete the works per factory schedule shout down.
  

TOOLS AND INSTRUMENT

• We will be supplying and utilize the blow mentioned tools for dismatle and cleaning works.
• High pressure pump for the tube cleaning which 110 kg/cm2, (1 phase motor) 3 horse power pump. (your factory power supply)
• Air tools of 100 psi.  (your company compress air).
• 2 units of power grinder 230v.
• Dismantling tools.
  

We assure that our work will meet the requirement of machinery inspector and your company satisfaction.
