KUALITI ALAM SDN BHD

Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd is the owner and operator of Malaysia's the first Integrated Scheduled Waste Management Centre (WMC) located in Bukit Nanas, Negeri Sembilan.

The company is a subsidiary of UEM Environment which in turn spearheads the environmental interests of UEM Group.

The Waste Management Centre treats and disposes of all 77 categories of scheduled wastes as listed in the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005, except radioactive, pathological and explosive waste. Other services included waste transportation and waste evaluation and analysis.

The main facilities comprise the incineration plant, physical /chemical treatment plant, solidification plant, secured landfill, leachate treatment plant and the state of the art laboratory.

Since its began full operation in 1998, Kualiti Alam has gained the confidence of both multi national corporations and leading local manufacturers alike with its reliable and quality service.

This is further strengthened by Kualiti Alam's achievement of four ISO certifications within a two-year period from year 2000 namely ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025 and OHSAS 18001.

Kualiti Alam is supported by its sister company, Kualiti Khidmat Alam as the sole marketing agent for all its services nationwide and Kualiti Kitar Alam provides recycling and recovery of scheduled waste.
