Incorporated in July 1983, Kosy Furnishing Sdn. Bhd. is an interior furnishing company operating in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

 

The main business is wholesaling of interior furnishing materials and contracting project from government, corporate and private sector.

        Our company annual turnover in year 2009 was RM3.5 million and RM4.5 million in year 2010.

Scope of Business

Kosy Furnishing Sdn. Bhd. is representing three local carpet manufacturers in Malaysia, since 1993. As carpet stockiest, our warehouse stocks of more than one million square feet in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu is supporting our local wholesaling business and for immediate sources of supplies for both government and private sector contract project.

To better serve the customers, we have more than 20 ranges of different carpet qualities Ex-warehouse. Besides these, our company is also a close business associate of carpet importers of high-end quality carpets from USA, China and other European countries to serve and fulfill the need of demanding customers from corporate sector and multi-national five star hoteliers.

Custom Made Carpet for Project

Our company has completed a lot of prestigious carpet project and successfully trained up our professional team of manager, site supervisors and carpet installers, whom can undertake very highly demanding job without failing to deliver the project on time. Production of custom made carpet is usually starts from the chosen color scheme of carpets by the owner of the project, and then a very qualified interior designer would propose a few options of graphical design to best match the motif design and color of the carpet as shown in the picture below:

We have broad and exclusive ranges of wallpaper ready to offer to big corporate and interior designers, our company is importing wallpaper from indenter representing oversea wallpaper manufacturers. For bulk and contractual wallpaper, we have direct access to local wallpaper manufacturer for swift, prompt and reliable supply of goods.

Vertical & Venetian Blinds

Kosy Furnishing Sdn. Bhd. is a JV partner of Jitbo Trading Sdn. Bhd., one of the biggest local Vertical and Venetian blinds factories in Malaysia that can ensure reliable supply and quality control of the Vertical and Venetian blinds.

Easy to install and very convenient to operate in area where subjected to strong and direct sun sunlight.

Motorized Stage Curtain

One of our company expertises is to install the stage curtain with heavy-duty railing and heavy-duty electric motor for the stage in building like cinema, multipurpose hall and auditorium. Our system is from Toso Company Ltd.; a Japanese manufacture specialized in window treatment products.

Indian Handloom Fabrics

Handloom weaving is a unique tradition in arts and crafts; this artistic textile industry is concentrated in very limited places of Southern India. The handloom items include riha, lungi, sari, chaddar, and scarves with Tripuri motifs peculiar to the Chakma. Kuki, Lussai and Reang tribes. The main feature of Tripuri handlooms is vertical and horizontal stripes with scattered embroidery in different colours. It has rich heritage in designs that differ from tribe to tribe

Our company has recently signed up an agreement with one of the top handloom factory in India to be their sole agent in Malaysia. 

Cotton has a very good property in absorbing color when dyed, as such, it is well known for its vivid and richness in colors. The finishing of handloom cotton is coarse and uneven due to manual operation in weaving, but it helps to create a very naturally artistic texture that is very popular among the designers.

Laminated Flooring

We are also stockiest of high quality laminated flooring with the patterned Double-Loc system. Laminate Flooring is one of the hottest flooring products being sold today. It's a floor for active lifestyles, a floor which is durable and easy to clean. Laminate flooring consists of components that are bonded together. A wear-resistant decorative surface made of resin-based melamine. This material is bonded to a moisture-resistant wood-based core. A balancing backing is bonded to the underside of the core. By using the existing technology found in counter tops and adding considerably more resins to wear layer these materials become an ideal floor covering. Matter of fact, some laminate floor manufacturers boast that their laminate floors are 10 to 20 times harder than laminate counter tops. Since this resin-filled wear layer is so dense, it becomes extremely difficult to stain, scratch, or burn with a cigarette. These floors are not scratch proof.
