K. B. Chua & Co. was founded in 1988 by Mr Chua Kim Boon as sole proprietorship. The Firm was later restructured with Mr  Lee Kek Siong and Ms Yap Lai Lian joining in as  partners of the Firm in 1992 and 2004 respectively.

We have two experienced legal assistants, namely, Mr Chew Phye Aun and Mr Chang Chen Choong, together with experienced full time supporting staff in providing with qualitative and efficient legal services that meet our clients’ needs.
