Established in 1991, we are now a diversified practice comprising 4 partners and 2 legal assistants. Our Partners regularly appear at the Federal Courts, Courts of Appeal, High Courts, Industrial Courts and in arbitration proceedings. Our experienced legal assistants who otherwise assist our Partners at the superior courts, independently handle their own matters at the Magistrates, Sessions and the Labour Courts. Our Partners have successfully argued and won landmark cases in the practice areas of employment/industrial law, personal injury, insurance litigation, family disputes and Malaysian land law, especially in fraud-related property transactions.
