  1. Appointed by Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai to undertake Rating Assessment Revaluation of all properties liable for rates (c. 140,000 units) in Seberang Perai and computerization of all valuation processes in its valuation department.
  2. Appointed by the Malaysian Government to undertake the Establishment of Assets and Infrastructures Register for the Railway Asset Corporation on the former KTM assets throughout the country.
  3. Site relocation consultancy of Serdang Power Plant to Putrajaya South (Dengkil). Proposed upgrading the plant to 1300 MW for Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd - Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad. Consultancy work inclusive of site selection, acquisition, estimation of costs / land taxation and reports preparation for submission to Majlis Tindakan Ekonomi Negeri Selangor (MTES) and Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister's Department.
  4. Appointed by Majlis Daerah Sepang to undertake Rating Assissment Revaluation exercise.
  5. Appointed by Majlis Perbandaran Selayang to undertake Rating Revaluation.

  1. Site selection for telecommunication towers for Telekom Cellular Sdn Bhd in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Negeri Sembilan.
  2. Property consultancy for the proposed construction of 2000 MW Jimah Power Plant near Port Dickson.
  3. Property consultancy for the proposed land development in Kajang, 144 acres land for mixed development.
  4. Due diligence and register of assets, buildings, plant and machinery of Promet Fabricators Sdn Bhd, Teluk Ramunia Johor for purchase purposes.
  5. Feasibility study for development of hotel, bus tatation & shopping centre in Kangar, Perlis.
  6. Appointed by Golden Arches (M) Sdn Bhd for real estate consultancy / valuation advice for its McDonald's Fastfood Restaurants through out the country.
  7. Feasibility study of 1200-acre Petrochemical Park in Pontian, Johor.
  8. Corporate Consultancy for Ramunia Holdings Berhad for private placement of shares and submission to the Securities Commission Malaysia.
  9. Corporate consultancy of Muhibbah Engineering ship yard for Muhibbah Holdings Berhad.
