Interstrap (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in the year 1992, specialized in manufacturing of Polypropylene (PP) Strapping Band and supplying of packaging machineries for both local and overseas market. Our company also provides consultancy and expertise in packaging solution to our valued customers in order for them to improve their productivity and efficiency. Our company has undergone a dynamic business expansion and has recently set up second production plant to cope with high demand of our products.

STRAP
The polypropylene (PP) strapping band is one of the most economical, precise and durable packaging material. It has successfully replaced traditional Steel Strap and PET Strap (polyesterstrap) due to its durability and strength. The range of usage of PP (polypropylene) strapping band is very wide, for example :-

  • In packing industry - for manual and automatic packing and for palletizing.
  • In woodworking industry - to tie wood bales and wooden floors.
  • In furniture industry - for packing furniture.
  • In construction industry - for packing stone and pavement cubes, tiles and other pieces.
  • In paper industry - to tie paper, cartons and cardboards.
  • As a raw material for mat production.
  • To secure loads during transport.

Width : 5 - 19mm
Thickness : 0.35 - 1.50mm
Number of meters per coil : 1000 - 7000mtr

Easy To Lift Table Top
Eliminating the conventional, troublesome method of lifting the table top, this unit is specially designed with a simple, easy to lift table design. This feature makes access for maintenance and servicing easy.

New Die Cast Heater Blade
This new design lasts longer and eliminates the blade distortion and short circuit problems of a conventional heater blade.
60 Sec Auto Motor Power Off
The motor shuts off automatically after 60 seconds idle running. Cycle restart is conveniently made by pressing any switch.
Two Motors Separate Start-Up
Can use normal electric sources due to low electric current. (Max. start-up current less than 15 amps).
