                   Hong Yap Trading Co. is a wholesaler, retailer and trader for bakery ingredients and packaging. The products that we offer are flours, premixes, varieties of chocolate, nuts, toppings, food flavours, food colourings, accessories & utensils, decorative items, pastry packaging and many mores upon enquiries.

                   Besides that, we also offer a variety of baking classes for beginners and intermediates from time to time. Our teachers are renowned master chefs who have vast experiences in baking, pastry and confectionery. Class schedules are available upon enquiries.
