Founded by the late Mr Hoo Heng Chong, who pioneered interior decoration, it has now become a friendly household name to all. Our products include luxury carpets, captivating wallpapers and classy window draperies that cater for both residential and commercial needs.

Just like old traditions or a good and trusted brand, H C Hoo Wallpaper is now evolving into a modern, efficient and professional interior decoration center to better serve our existing clientele and future clients/projects.
