About Us
Gavan Group of companies commenced business in 1988 as Gavan Container Products, when the Directores perceived the need for a company to supply all parts and accessories required by intermodal marine transport equipment operators.
Since this time the Gavan Group through our network of branches have become the largest supplier of Container related products throughout the world with more branches and expanded our operation through Australia, New Zealand, Far East Asia and the Pacific Islands providing a professional and efficient service. Our branch locations now consist of four locations in Australia, three locations in New Zealand, two operations in Singapore, three operations in Thailand, two operations in Malaysia, one operation in the Philippines and shortly we shall open our Vietnam and Indonesia operation.
With this expansion, the range of parts and accessories has grown tenfold, with Gavan expanding the product range from not only Container Repair Spare Parts and Accessories to include a wide range of Cargo Care, Transport Lashing and Securing Products, Marine Lashing Equipment and Defense Lashing equipment. A new division has been formed under the registered trademark name "Secure A Load" which is fully owned by Gavan and is charged with increasing market awareness of his important brand.
