• HISTORY

Founded in 1983 by a group of young engineers specialising in Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) system and design, GAE had a humble beginning in a rented 1,000 sq.ft. office space in Damansara as HVAC sub-contractor.

With the leadership of Mr. K. S. Lim and a team of dedicated managers and workers, GAE had metamorphosis into a leading HVAC and M&E services specialist contractor housed in its own building of 12,000 sq.ft. in Subang Jaya.

Today, the name GAE is synonymous to Air-conditioning due to its good track record and completing all their installations to the client's requirement - par excellence.

To-date, GAE has completed a total of RM470 millions worth of HVAC and M&E services installation and expanding.

GAE believes in exploring new ideas and innovations and is always keeping abreast with the latest technologies available in the industry.
