e-dot's was established in 2004 with the primary objective of becoming the leading player in the laundry business industry in Malaysia. Under e-dots Management Resources (EMR), apart from being a laundry operator, we have expanded our businesses to include training/consultation, supply of laundry equipment as well as after-sales service. In addition, we also offer professional advice and training right from the choice of location to the nitty-gritty of the laundry business to anyone interested in setting up a new laundry outlet. EMR is an authorized distributor for Renzacciaqua wash machines from Italy and Bufa aqua cleaningchemicals from Germany. To date, the training/consultation services provided by EMR havemanaged to grow more than 200 network outlets throughout Malaysia.
Our overall vision is to create a dry cleaning industry which is not only clean, safe and environment-friendly but also syariah compliant. In this respect, in August 2009, edot's has decided to do a re-branding exercise whereby its laundry outlet will now be known as e-dots Aqua Wash Center.
