INTRODUCTION

District Cooling Technical Services Sdn Bhd - (DCTS) is incorporated since June 2003 has been appointed as Technical Services for Hitachi Products covering following business activities :-

Sales and promotion on all range of Hitachi air conditioning and refrigerant products in Malaysia sales territory. The general range of Hitachi brand airconditioning and refrigerant product as below :-

     a)  Centrifugal Chillers
     b)  Steam Absorption Chillers / Direct Gas Fired Absorption Chillers
     c)  Brine Chillers
     d)  Air Cooled / Water Cooled Screw Chillers

Provide Technical Expertise and support to Hitachi products in the area of Maintenance, supply of spare parts for chillers and total after sales service support to Hitachi end user population in Malaysia. The general technical maintenance scope of work carried out by us as follow :-

     a)  Installation and Commissioning of Hitachi Chillers
     b)  Inspection and Overhaul of Hitachi Chillers
     c)  Periodical Contractual (Anually/Monthly) maintenance to Hitachi customer chillers
     d)  Support for Hitachi chiller spare parts sales

Our quality services have been proven in this maintenance industry thus obtained confidence from many reputable organizations and companies by awarding their maintenance contract to us. To name few please refer to the attachement of the List of Service Contract Award.
