The company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on March 1989. Under the name of Dephon Industries (M) Sdn Bhd with Company registered No. 179217-A. It was previously operated under Tee Chin Joi Soap Manufacturing Sdn Bhd Company No. 122702-T since 1984.

The principal activity of the company is to manufacture, toilet soap, cosmetic soap, hotel/guest soap, specialty soap, economy bar soap and all form of soaps as per customer needs. We also provide one-stop hotel and household consumable needs, such as liquid soap, lotions, gels, hair/body shampoo, toothbrush, paste and all amenity items in the bathroom.
