Our company specialized as a total logistic provider with a fleet of 18 vehicles with sitting capacity from 2 to 44 persons. Our fleet of coaches are well kept with regular scheduled servicing records. Most of our drivers have under gone "Defensive Driving" courses conducted by British Petroleum (BP) Malaysia Bhd. in Dengkil ACE Driving Academy.


Driver's Personnel.

a. Our company's recruitment policy is by recommendation through our own drivers. We do not entertain strangers
    walking in for interviews.

b. Since our drivers are all chosen among friends in the same trade, we do not practice any methods of selection. Most
    of our drivers are very senior with our company. The most senior drivers have been with us for almost
    15 years, 13 years etc.

c. Criteria and standards used are "Health Check" and "Working Attitude Check". We will reject drivers if they have a
    bad record with their previous employer.

d. Yes, we always check and cross-check with driver's applicant references.

e. Yes, we also perform pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. We will cross check with JPJ for Summons and
    Black Listing, LPKP for driving offences summons.


Preventive Maintenance and Mechanical Repairs.

a. All of our vehicles go to appointed mechanics and workshops.

b. Attached is our Preventive Maintenance check list (sample) that we conform to the British Petroleum (BP) Malaysia
    Bhd. Without this check-list and report, and Defensive Driving Certificate, we are not allowed to ferry BP's personnel.
