  • April 3rd 1977
    Registered as partnership company under name Badan Bookstore Open its first store at 28, 1st Floor, Tun Abdul Razak Complex, Johor Bahru.
    Main Businesses : Selling books, magazines and also stationeries
  • 1978 - Appointed as DBP ( Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka ) Authorized Distributor for state of Johor.
  • 1992 - Open a KL branch at Masjid India Road.
  • 1996 - On May 27th, the Company changed its name to Badan Cemerlang Sdn Bhd. Moved KL branch operation from Masjid India Road to Taman Seri Gombak.
  • 1998 - Official Headquater is moved to a 12500 sq ft at Plaza Angsana.
