TYPE OF CARS AVAILABLE

GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

SELF-DRIVE:  Rates quoted cover a full 24 hours rental.  The minimum rental charge is one day and excess hour is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate, unless stated otherwise.

AGE LIMIT:  Driver must be between 22 and 60 years of age.

LICENCE:  Driver must be in possession of current local or valid international driving license.

INSURANCE COVER:  The renter will be responsible for the full cost of the damage if the vehicle is driven in violation of the rental agreement, is abused or driven recklessly or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  First RM1, 000 for saloon and RM2, 000 for 4WD not waivable; windscreen and riot not covered.  All saloon cars are strictly forbidden from being driven on gravel, unpaved roads or outside Kota-Kinabalu or interstate.

EXTENSION OF RENTAL:  It is important that the renting station is advised and the required additional charges paid.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION:  Free within 4 KM radius.  For rentals outside this area a delivery or collection fee of 70 cents per kilometer may be charged.

PARKING FEES AND TRAFFIC FINES:  These are the responsibility of the rental.

ADARAS RENT-A-CAR SDN. BHD. reserves the right to demand for the early return of rented vehicles without explanation due to hire.

The quoted rates are subjected to changes without prior notice.
